If you received any of our products that are not as described, you can return them in unused, original condition.
Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit
We send all our UK orders via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, in the event of an item going missing we will process missing goods via the post office and seek the compensation. If the item is a unique design we will offer a refund or if a stock item we will send out another as soon as possible.
Returns
We appreciate your business and endeavour to provide the best goods and services. Please email us if there is any problem with your order, if you are not satisfied with our products or services, we will arrange to fix the problems.

If the products you received are not as described, we will gladly accept return of such products in their unused condition in original packaging.
If your returns are accepted, refund of the original cost of such products will be given, excluded postage, handling, and all other associated fees. (Please note earrings will not be accepted for hygiene reasons).
Missing or faulty items must be claimed within 3 days of receipt of your orders; Returns must be received at our end within 10 days from our acceptance of your claims.
Please do not return any goods without discussing with us first, we reserve the rights to charge handling and 15% restocking fees if goods are returned without prior notice.
